A level teaspoon of acacia honey
2 oranges
A red onion from Tropea
2 tablespoons of Taggia olives
Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Finely chop the aromatic herbs and put them in a bowl, add the extra virgin olive oil, honey and chicken.

Marinate the Thinly sliced - AIA Chicken Breast Slices for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the orange and put the segments in a small salad bowl.

Peel the red onion and cut it finely into rings, then add it to the oranges along with the olives and some parsley leaves. 
Dress the salad with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat a pan and brown the chicken together with its marinade. After a couple of minutes turn the chicken slices and cook them on the other side for another 2 minutes, adjust with salt and pepper.
