AIA Thin Rolls with Speck and Scamorza
Ingredients
Description
Here is a second course that is good for any occasion: an important dinner or an informal gathering with friends, but also a family lunch!
The Thin Rolls with speck and scamorza, with their mix of strong flavors and softness, will please everyone, adults and children.
Here's how to prepare them!
Procedure
Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise (also with the slicer). Sauté them in a pan or on the grill with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Spread the Thin chicken on a work surface, stuff each one with a slice of speck, one of scamorza and two slices of zucchini. Roll up forming a roll and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, flavor with a drizzle of oil, herbs to taste and a glass of broth.
Cook the pumpkin cut into cubes (remember to set aside the seeds, you can in fact use them to create delicious snacks) in a saucepan with a little water until it is soft. Blend it, salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and sauté them with oil, garlic and chopped parsley for about 10 minutes. Salt. Bake the rolls in a hot oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
