Fry a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil together with a sprig of rosemary. Add the tomato sauce and adjust with salt and pepper.

Add the Scottatine - Thin slices of AIA pork loin and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Five minutes before the meat is cooked, add the halved cherry tomatoes and Gaeta olives. Turn off the heat, flavor with fresh aromatic herbs and serve with crispy homemade bread.
