Description
The green pepper steak is a dish that seems complicated to prepare. Don't be fooled by the elegant and refined appearance of this recipe which is actually very easy to prepare and could even become your signature dish that lends itself to a thousand variations and reinterpretations. Try it to believe it.
Procedure
First of all, flour the AIA Turkey Fillet, then toast the green pepper in a pan with a little butter and seed oil.
Add the steak to the pepper and brown it on both sides so that it takes on a nice golden color. Deglaze with cognac or brandy and add the cream.
Lower the flame and let the sauce thicken, for about 5 minutes. Serve with a seasonal salad enriched with sliced fennel or sweet cherry tomatoes.
