Description

Here is a perfect recipe for the summer period that will bring color and taste to the table: the citrus chicken rolls! It is a simple and quick preparation that in a short time will allow you to serve your guests a complete and really inviting dish. The AIA chicken breast is flavored in this recipe by the combination with citrus and peppers, while the speck adds further flavor. A tasty second course perfect for the Ferragosto lunch or a dinner on the terrace.

In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil. Wrap the slices of AIA chicken breast with as many slices of speck. Cook the chicken breast rolls in the pan, making sure to turn them from time to time so they can cook evenly. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and deglaze with the juice of half a lemon. Cut the lemon and orange into thin slices.

After cleaning the pepper, removing the seeds and the white part, also cut it into thin slices. Add the slices of citrus and pepper to the pan and cook, stirring from time to time. Adjust with salt and pepper and once the dish has reached the desired cooking, plate and serve.
