1 pack of Sottilissime – Chicken Breast Slices
5 cabbage leaves
100 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
1 shallot
100 g of smoked scamorza
2 potatoes
Rosemary
Sage
1 clove of garlic
Truffle oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Description

Recipes, in addition to being good, must be beautiful to look at. Bringing a beautiful dish like chicken, cabbage and potato rolls to the table will win over all your guests even before tasting and, above all, will make children eat vegetables without any hesitation!

Here's how to prepare these delicious rolls.

Procedure

Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then drain them and place them on a clean, dry cloth to cool and dry. In the meantime, finely chop the shallot and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil, add the Sottilissime cut into strips and cook for 5 minutes.

When the meat has cooled, season with salt and pepper and place it in a bowl and add the grated cheese and the scamorza cut into cubes.

Put the cheese and meat mixture in the center of the cabbage leaves and close them into a packet tying them with kitchen string. Bake the rolls at 180°C for 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes well and cut them into wedges without removing the skin, season them with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and herbs and bake them at 180°C for 30-35 minutes
