In the mixer glass, add the walnuts, cream, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend everything until you get a not completely smooth mixture. Flour the chicken breasts and shake off the excess flour

In a large pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and brown the meat on both sides. Add the cream and walnut mixture, lower the heat and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked.
