300 g of sweet Gorgonzola
2 heads of radicchio
150 g of cooking cream

Description

Sunday lunch with Aia's speck BonRoll is ideal for the whole family. You can prepare the roast with speck in the oven or in a pan, or slice it and cook it on a non-stick pan for a quick cooking.

Procedure

To prepare the roast with speck and gorgonzola sauce, cook the BonRoll in the oven with a base of oil and onion. Follow the temperature and time instructions on the package and you can't go wrong.

While the BonRoll is cooking, wash the radicchio and cut it very thin, then season it with oil, salt and pepper. To prepare the gorgonzola sauce, cut the cheese into pieces and put it in a saucepan with the cream.

Keep the heat low and continue stirring, being careful not to boil the sauce. When the cheese is well melted and mixed with the cream, remove from the heat.

Once the BonRoll is cooked, slice it and serve it drizzled with the gorgonzola sauce and accompanied with the radicchio.
