Ingredients
Description
The chicken in raisin and marsala sauce will make your dinner truly refined. With this recipe, you will always impress for an important dinner or for lunch with the mother-in-law.
Transforming chicken into something different from the usual seems impossible, but with this sweet and sour raisin and marsala sauce you will bring to the table a second course that will leave everyone open-mouthed.
Chicken in raisin and marsala sauce is super easy to make!
Procedure
Start by lightly flouring the chicken slices, then brown them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and a sprig of rosemary.
When the chicken slices have taken on color, remove the rosemary and add the pine nuts and raisins to the pan and deglaze with the Marsala. Stir so that the liquor mixes with the flour at the bottom and forms a sauce that you will reduce for a few minutes.
Adjust the salt and pepper and serve the chicken hot accompanied by roasted potatoes or a soft puree.
