Very thin, pre-sliced rabbit fillets, ideal for quick recipes.
Consume after thorough cooking, reaching 75°C at the core (interior) of the product. Consume following the preparation methods provided below.
Pan-fry:
To serve the thin rabbit fillets hot and golden, place them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter and cook them on each side, turning occasionally.
Try them also floured like scaloppine, breaded like cutlets, and rolled up like involtini.
