Tender and tasty rabbit sausages ready to cook.
IN THE PAN: 10 minutes
Place the rabbit sausages in a pan with a drizzle of oil or butter and let them brown for about 10 minutes, seasoning with rosemary and/or sage and a clove of garlic.
Add a glass of white wine and finish cooking for another 5 minutes, turning them occasionally.
