8 fillets of desalted anchovies

Description

Procedure

The polenta is prepared in a few minutes using the flours on the market: once ready, spread it on a baking tray so as to obtain a thickness of a couple of centimeters, then let it cool.

When it is very cold, cut the polenta into rectangles ready to be toasted.

Now brush the sausage with a sprig of rosemary dipped in extra virgin olive oil, then cook it on the hot grill.

Grill the slices of polenta and, once cooked, arrange them on the serving dish with a fillet of anchovy on each one.
