Sausage with Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
Description
A dish full of flavor and easy to prepare is made by combining sausages with corn on the cob. This super quick dish will solve many family lunches to avoid being repetitive. Pair the sausages with a cherry tomato salad with lamb's lettuce and you will bring to the table a complete meal full of flavor.
Procedure
Once the grill is lit or the plate is heated, the sausages and corn will cook at the same time, just be careful to turn both often to get an even cooking all around.
To speed up the cooking, we recommend using precooked corn which is already cleaned and ready to be put on the fire. Arrange the corn and sausages on the grill and let them cook.
In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and salt them. Add the washed and dried lamb's lettuce, season with oil, lemon juice and mix with your hands to distribute the dressing evenly.
When the corn is cooked, arrange them on the plate placing on each a little butter and salt.
Serve the sausages hot, with the salad and toasted bread.
