Here is the quick and delicious recipe of spicy chicken stripes with mixed vegetables.

Procedure

1

Start making the recipe for spicy chicken stripes starting from the vegetables.

2

Wash well the carrots, green beans, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, then peel and trim the carrots and green beans (be careful with the purple carrot: its juice can stain!).

3

Instead, remove the harder stems from the broccoli and keep only the tender flowers, reducing them into small pieces; cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.

4

Then cook the washed and trimmed green beans in unsalted boiling water for about 8 minutes (they must be cooked but crunchy).

5

In the meantime, in a large pan or in the wok, sauté the finely chopped shallot in extra virgin olive oil for one minute, then add the orange and purple carrots cut into sticks and the broccoli: salt, pepper, add the paprika, dilute with a spoonful of water and mix well.

6

Cook for 10 minutes over moderate heat, then also add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

7

Finally, add to the pan the green beans and the stripes: mix well all the ingredients and sauté for a couple of minutes.
