Ingredients

1 pack of AIA Paesana Luganega sausage
2 heads of Treviso radicchio
200 g of smoked provola
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Description

In a non-stick pan, wilt the onion with a drizzle of oil. As soon as it starts to brown, add the AIA Paesana Luganega sausage creating a spiral and let it brown well for about ten minutes.

Now add the washed and sliced Treviso radicchio and let it stew together with the sausage for a few minutes.

In the meantime, cut the smoked provola into cubes and add it at the end of cooking with the heat off, letting it melt for a moment.
