1 pack of Paesana Luganega AIA
320 g of leeks
150 g of low-fat yogurt
Half a liter of milk
1 handful of coarse salt
The juice of half a lemon
Half a clove of garlic
20 g of parsley or seed oil for frying
Flour as needed
Salt
Pepper

Description

The grilled sausages immediately make it feel like summer, with football games in the park and lots of friends and children making noise all together. But even if you stay at home, you will see how the atmosphere at the table will change dramatically.

Procedure

First, prepare the marinade: chop the garlic and add the fennel, marjoram, rosemary and mint in equal parts, then mix them with the extra virgin olive oil and pepper. Leave the sausages to marinate for about an hour so that the meat is perfectly flavored.

The sauce that will accompany these sausages is obtained by chopping the garlic and parsley and adjusting the salt and pepper and mixing everything with the yogurt and lemon juice. After an hour you can cook the sausages on a hot grill and in the meantime prepare the fried leeks.

Wash the leeks and cut them into julienne strips, immerse them in milk, drain them, pass them in the flour and then fry them in boiling oil for a few minutes. Let the fried food dry on absorbent paper.
