200 g of tomato sauce

In a non-stick pan pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, put the garlic clove and let it brown. After a few minutes add the tomato sauce, a splash of water, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for about 10/15 minutes and then add the AIA Thin Slices of pork loin.

Make sure to completely cover the AIA Thin Slices of pork loin with the tomato sauce and season with a bit of oregano. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes, making sure to turn the meat slices from time to time. Once ready, serve and enjoy.
