400 g Chicken Kebab
4 slices of salted focaccia
250 g of boiled chickpeas
1 eggplant
1 cucumber
150 g of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Seed oil for frying
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Description

Eastern flavors in a completely Italian recipe, the focaccia with kebab and vegetables combines many different ingredients that together form a perfect main course for all occasions.

In twenty minutes, between cooking and preparation, you will bring to the table a unique dish that will conquer all your guests, both adults and children. Here is the recipe!

Procedure

To prepare the focaccia with kebab and vegetables first of all put the chickpeas in a blender together with a clove of garlic and transform into a smooth cream, adding the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice in a thin stream.  Once ready, set the cream aside.

Then peel the eggplant and cut it into cubes that will be fried in hot seed oil. Drain them with a slotted spoon and let them dry on a sheet of absorbent kitchen paper.

Slice the tomatoes and cucumber and season them with salt and a drizzle of oil. In a pan, heat the kebab Keb's AIA with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for 2 minutes.

Put the focaccia on the serving plate, cover it with the chickpea cream, then add the vegetables and the kebab. Decorate with a few strands of chives to taste.
