Kebab with Avocado Salad
Ingredients
Description
The kebab should not only be eaten in pita or tortillas, it is also perfect when accompanied with a great avocado salad!
The kebab with avocado salad can be your lunch in the lunchbox (provided you add the avocado last, so as not to darken it!) but you can also serve it as an appetizer during a summer dinner.
With this recipe you will have a single dish full of excellent nutrients, substantial but light: here's how to prepare it.
Procedure
To bring the kebab with avocado salad to the table, start by taking care of the yogurt sauce by mixing it with a crushed garlic clove, two tablespoons of oil, a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper.
Clean the avocado and cut it using either a ceramic knife or a steel knife soaked in lemon juice to slow down the oxidation of the fruit as much as possible. Cut it into cubes or slices and season it with lemon and salt in a salad bowl. Add the finely cut lettuce and the sliced radishes and mix well.
In a hot pan with a drizzle of oil at the bottom, saute the AIA keb’s for about three minutes to brown it well. When it is cooked, let it cool down by placing it on a plate and then add it to the salad.
Pour the yogurt sauce and mix well. Cut the baguette into pieces and then in half and toast on both sides. Serve the salad with the hot bread.
