Description

Making kebab at home seemed impossible until the arrival of the AIA Chicken Kebab!

The already cooked and sliced chicken combines convenience with the goodness you're looking for: children will love it and adults will appreciate it, asking for seconds.

You can enjoy the Kebab with baked potatoes and spring onion sauce not only when you're in a hurry and there's nothing ready, but also as the main course of a Sunday lunch. It will be the most appreciated dish for a dinner in front of the TV with friends and why not, also with family and even with the mother-in-law invited.

Here's the recipe!

Procedure

1

Start with the preparation of the potatoes: wash them well keeping the skin (which will be eaten), then wrap them one by one in aluminum foil and bake them in a hot oven at 190°C for about 40 minutes

2

In the meantime, prepare the spring onion sauce: blanch the white part of the onion in boiling salted water for about a minute, then drain and cut into pieces. Blend the spring onions with the oil, salt and a few leaves of parsley.

3

When the potatoes are ready, cut them in half and place the kebab meat on top, cover with the spring onion sauce, green pepper berries and a bit of grated lemon zest.
