2 packages of Classic Cordon Bleu
5 zucchini
2 tomatoes
100 g of lamb's lettuce
1 tablespoon of mustard
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper

Description

The Cordon Bleu with grilled vegetables and mustard sauce are ideal for all occasions when you have unexpected guests and don't have too much time to cook.

In a few minutes you will bring to the table a complete and delicious main course perfect also for lunch at the office or for a family dinner to prepare quickly. With this recipe, success is guaranteed.

To prepare the cordon bleu with grilled vegetables and mustard sauce, start by washing the vegetables very well and cleaning them. Slice the zucchini and grill them on both sides. Cut the tomatoes in half and sear them on the grill.

When all the vegetables are ready, you can cook the Cordon Bleu in a pan for 6 minutes with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or alternatively in the oven at 220°C for 8 minutes. Prepare an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, mustard, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Serve the Cordon Bleu with the grilled vegetables and with the lamb's lettuce seasoned with the mustard sauce. Put the leftover sauce in a small bowl so your guests can use it to season the grilled vegetables to their liking.
