Chicken rolls with crispy bacon

Description
The chicken and bacon rolls are a classic in the kitchen: with the AIA Thin – Chicken breast slices and the Negroni Sweet Bacon in cubes they will be even tastier.
To make this easy and quick recipe, great as a second course that the whole family will love, you just need to get a pack of AIA Thin – Chicken breast slices and one of Negroni Sweet Bacon in cubes: in a few minutes you will bring to the table all the taste of Italian excellence!
Procedure
Spread out on a cutting board or directly on a work surface the Thin Chicken, then put on each slice of meat the cheese and the ham.
Roll up the Thin slices on themselves forming the rolls and secure each piece with a toothpick.
In a pan, pour two generous tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and brown the rolls: pour a little white wine, let it evaporate and then salt, pepper and finally add some sage leaves to flavor.
In the meantime, while the rolls are cooking, take care of the bacon: heat up a small non-stick pan well and sear the bacon without condiments until it has reached a crispy consistency. Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and set aside.
Once the chicken rolls are ready, transfer them to a serving dish, sprinkle them with the crispy bacon and serve!
