Add a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper, then roll up the rolls and secure them with wooden skewers or tie them with kitchen string. In a non-stick pan, fry the garlic and rosemary in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add the rolls and brown them well, deglaze with wine, adjust with salt and pepper.
