2 Extra Fresh Large AIA Eggs
250 g of 00 flour
30 g of sugar
30 g of butter
Half a lemon
Half a sachet of baking powder
Icing sugar
A pinch of salt

The baked Carnival sweets are perfect for spending this holiday with sweetness and a touch of lightness that never hurts! Baked chiacchiere, among the light Carnival sweets, are certainly the most appreciated. Easy to prepare, the baked Carnival chiacchiere can be prepared together with the equally loved fritters, and your masked party will be very sweet! Procedure

Arrange the flour in a fountain on a pastry board and in the center put the salt, sugar, yeast and finely grated lemon zest. Add the eggs in the center and beat them with a fork then add the softened butter and start kneading, first with the fork and then with your hands.

When you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous dough, form a ball and cover it with plastic wrap . Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

At this point, roll out the dough into a thin sheet and with a ravioli wheel, cut rectangles of 10 cm by 6 cm.
Bake the chiacchiere at 180°C for 15 minutes then dust them with icing sugar and serve!
