Description

With its colors, music, and masks, Carnival brings a playful and lively spirit every year that children love and that also captivates adults. There are many Carnival recipes that you can prepare at home (from arancini, to fritters, passing through the chatter) and this year we want to suggest a really tasty one: the Carnival Pinwheels. Easy to make, the Carnival Pinwheels are the perfect dessert to let children taste on the occasion of a masked party or a snack with friends.

Here is the original recipe for Carnival Pinwheels!

Procedure

1

In a bowl, beat the extra fresh large AIA eggs and, little by little, add the sugar, flour, a pinch of salt and knead well with both hands. Now also add the butter that you have left to soften outside the fridge and continue to knead with your hands. Then let the dough just obtained rest for 30 minutes in a dry place.

2

After 30 minutes, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to obtain a thin sheet. Using the ravioli wheel, cut out many strips from the rolled out dough that you will roll up on themselves. In a large pan, heat a generous amount of seed oil. Once it is hot enough, immerse your pinwheels that you will drain as soon as they are well browned on absorbent paper.
