Preparation:
In a pan, brown the necks with 2 tablespoons of oil, season them with salt, moisten them with a little water and cook them for about 30 minutes. Debone the necks well, slice 2 leeks and dice a potato. In a pot, brown the turkey meat, the leeks and the potato: dilute with broth, add a little parsley and cook for 30 minutes.
