Procedure

Cook the Valdostana chicken fillets with smoked scamorza in the oven. Boil the basmati rice in water with a tablespoon of turmeric and a clove, then drain it al dente and let it cool, seasoning it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into regular cubes. In a wok, fry a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the pumpkin and let it cook. After 10 minutes, add the remaining vegetables, adjust with salt and pepper and turn off the heat. Serve the valdostana with the rice timbale and the sautéed vegetables.
