Cutlet with Scamorza

Tasty AIA chicken breast fillet cutlet enriched with a delicious smoked scamorza cheese filling.

PAN FRY:
To serve the Valdostana hot and golden, place it with a drizzle of oil or with a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and cook it, turning it occasionally.

CRISPY IN THE OVEN:
Preheat the fan oven to 220°C and place the Valdostana in a baking dish without seasonings. Then put it in the already very hot oven, turning it halfway through cooking.
