Turmeric Chicken, the tasty recipe

Description
Turmeric chicken is a valid alternative to a more classic chicken breast prepared in a pan with aromatic herbs. The spicy flavor of turmeric chicken reminds of the more famous curry chicken and like the latter, it can be accompanied by a good basmati rice.
Turmeric is a root with countless properties and in the kitchen it is one of the spices most sought after at the moment, its taste is strong, spicy and slightly hot. If you are already hungry, there is no time to waste, let's go to the stove and prepare the turmeric chicken!
Procedure
Cut the chicken breast into not too small cubes and arrange it in a bowl. Lightly flour the pieces of chicken and remove the excess flour.
In a pan or in a wok pot, heat a little extra virgin olive oil and fry the chopped shallot. Add the chicken and brown it well then deglaze the meat with the white wine.
Add the turmeric, adjust the salt and pepper and cook over high heat for 10 minutes stirring constantly and adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
You can also cook the turmeric chicken in the oven by placing the chicken cubes in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil, turmeric and a sprig of rosemary. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes, then stir and deglaze with the white wine. Continue cooking for 10 minutes and serve!
