Procedure
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted boiling water until they are soft, but still firm. Once the right consistency is reached (the potatoes should not fall apart), drain them and transfer them to plenty of cold water to immediately stop the cooking.
At this point, transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add the grated cheese and the scamorza cut into cubes. Crumble the salamelle and add them to the mixture along with a very fine chop of rosemary, a pinch of salt and a generous grind of pepper.
Mix well with a wooden spoon. In doing so, the potatoes will tend to crumble and create a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a baking dish well and transfer the casserole mixture inside. Level the dough with a spoon and bake the turkey sausage casserole at 180°C for 25 minutes. The oven should already be hot at the time of inserting the dish.
5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the turkey casserole with breadcrumbs and set the grill function. This operation will form a delicious crust on the surface.
Remove the casserole from the oven and wait 10 minutes before cutting and serving it, only in this way will the consistency be right.
