The turkey pâté is very easy to prepare and with a little imagination you can create many delicious variations.
Spread your turkey pâté on the bruschetta, on the tartines or on the crostini and bring it to the table for an aperitif with friends, for a different appetizer or in the picnic basket, to stuff your tasty sandwiches.
This very simple turkey pâté, can replace the classic mayonnaise in the spring sandwiches and can give a touch of lightness to your table. Here's how to prepare it!
Procedure
Fine slice the shallot and fry it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. When the shallot has become transparent, add the turkey bites. Brown the meat well then deglaze with the white wine.
Adjust with pepper and salt, then add the capers. Let everything cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and blend everything with the butter and anchovy fillets. When you have obtained a dense and creamy pâté, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour before serving it.
