400 g of AIA's Select Turkey
3 fresh chili peppers
1 white onion
1 can of pre-cooked red beans
½ glass of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of ground cumin seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Today you can solve it with the recipe for turkey chili con carne. In a few minutes, you can give your dinner a Mexican touch using the ingredients you have in your kitchen at hand.

Here's how you should proceed!

First, prepare the sauté, finely chopping the onion together with the chili peppers.

Let the chopped mixture wilt in a pan with some oil, then add the turkey meat and let it brown, stirring it occasionally and breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

At this point add the tomato puree, stir again and add the red beans and the ground cumin. Add half a glass of hot water and let it cook over medium heat for another ten minutes to finish cooking.

Suggestions
