250g of chicken breast

Description

Here's how to make a delicious chicken stuffed piadina.

Procedure

Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into not too thin fillets, oil them with a tablespoon of oil and finally salt and pepper. Cook them for 6 minutes, 3 minutes per side, to brown them well.
After cooking them, cut the chicken breasts into strips and set them aside. Now take the tomatoes, wash them and cut them into round slices.

Take the green salad, wash it and leaf it. When you have all the ingredients ready, start composing your stuffed piadina. Heat the piadina over low heat, for a few seconds on a griddle or a non-stick pan. Not too much otherwise it will dry out!

Transfer the hot piadina to a surface and lay a couple of salad leaves on top, the tomatoes previously cut into slices salt and pepper lightly, put the previously cooked chicken.

Now you can add the light tzatziki sauce. Finally fold the piadina forming a roll, trying to tighten as much as possible. To keep the roll tight, wrap it in a sheet of aluminum foil and let it rest for a few minutes, so that the ingredients blend with the sauce.

Suggestions

Only remove the top part of the foil, this way the filling will not come out, staying inside the piadina!
