Description
Are you crazy about tuna sauce and would you like to pair it with all the food you know? You can do it with turkey. Choose the slices of AIA Turkey Thigh and season them with the traditional sauce made with tuna, mayonnaise and capers. In just 15 minutes you will have given yourself a really tasty second course, perfect to consume in front of the TV, at a dinner with friends and why not also suitable to end up in a lunch box.
Procedure
To prepare the tuna turkey thigh start from the sauce. In a mixer, first blend the capers, then add the vinegar anchovies, then the drained tuna and finally the mayonnaise. If you want to make the sauce more liquid, add a little water.
At this point you can cook the thigh slices, placing them in a hot pan and browning them with a drizzle of oil. It will take you 10 minutes to brown both sides of the meat, then remove it from the heat and spread it with the tuna sauce.
Serve on a nice colorful serving dish and decorate with a basil leaf or thyme. Accompany with a seasonal salad, like lamb's lettuce and julienne cut carrots.
