Description

The Sicilian chicken breast is a really easy recipe to prepare that will save you on all those occasions when you don't know what to prepare for dinner and you have little time (and desire) to prepare something to put on the table. Tasty and colorful, the Sicilian chicken breast is the second course that combines the simplicity of the elements with the genuineness of an easy and irresistibly tasty dish!

Here is the complete recipe to prepare the Sicilian chicken breast!

First, remove the pit from the olives and cut them into small pieces, then wash the capers well to remove the salt. Wash the cherry tomatoes well and cut them in half. Then take the chicken breast slices and flour them well on both sides. In a non-stick pan, sauté the garlic clove, olives, capers and a drizzle of EVO oil. Then remove the garlic clove and put the chicken breast slices in the pan, which you will brown well on both sides and once golden, deglaze with white wine.
