The stewed turkey is an easy recipe to prepare that will allow you to bring to the table a second course with an enveloping taste and a strong personality. You can serve it in combination with a rich salad or some delicious baked potatoes.

Procedure
Cook the tomatoes for 1 minute in a pot full of boiling water, then peel them, remove the seeds and reduce the pulp into cubes. Now cut the AIA turkey thigh Sottilissime into many pieces, slice the onion and let it wilt in a non-stick pot together with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the turkey and brown it in the pan for about 10 minutes. Also add a mince made of garlic clove, sage leaves and bay leaves. Blend with the glass of white wine and also add the cubes of tomato pulp. Season with salt, pepper and cook with the lid for about 40 minutes.
