In a pan: brown the Spinacine for 3 minutes with a drizzle of oil, turning them at least once. In the oven: preheat the fan oven to 220°C and place the Spinacine in a baking dish without condiments. Then put it in the already hot oven for 8 minutes

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters. Combine corn and tomatoes, then season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a few leaves of mint or basil.
