The lunch break is that sometimes sacred and inviolable moment that allows us to disconnect mentally, but also physically from office work. Even if short, the lunch break must be appetizing and able to make us forget for an hour the various worries and work stress. In this perspective, the ideal snack to take to the office is the sandwich with the cutlet!
Obviously the secret to the success of this tasty "schiscetta", in addition to the choice of condiments and the right sauces, is to prepare a perfect cutlet.
The cutlet is one of the most appreciated dishes there is. It is also one of those that is prepared extemporaneously, with few ingredients easily available in any pantry and despite this it is always appreciated so much that it is brushed off in a few minutes.
So to prepare a perfect cutlet sandwich to take to the office there are some small tricks that can lead to an impeccable result, which will make the difference, and will certainly impress your colleagues! Here they are.
Procedure
First of all, you have to take care of the most important aspect of preparing a sandwich with a cutlet, namely the breading of the cutlet.
Start with Fresh eggs raised on the ground and pour them into a deep dish, then beat them with a fork until they are slightly frothy. Also add a pinch of salt and pepper for more flavor.
Soak the slices of Sottilissime - AIA Chicken Breast Slices for a few minutes, in the meantime spread some fresh breadcrumbs in a separate dish, therefore crunchy but not toasted and not too fine.
Then pass the slice, first in the beaten egg mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs, making it adhere well for a uniform breading that does not come off during cooking, to be on the safe side repeat the operation twice.
The other fundamental aspect for the success of the cutlet sandwich is the frying! Heat the oil you intend to use well; that of soy or corn seeds is ideal. Before introducing the slices into the pan, make sure it is really hot, otherwise you will end up with a cutlet soaked in oil!
Brown it on both sides until golden and here is the cutlet is ready to stuff the sandwich to take to the office!
But if you are very late and do not have time to fry the cutlets you can always rely on the goodness and crunchiness of the AIA Chicken Fillet Cutlets.
You just need to arrange the Cutlet with a drizzle of oil or with a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and cook it for 3 minutes, turning it occasionally.
Now cut the bread, we suggest a soft French roll, and spray the internal parts with a little extra virgin olive oil; then toast them on a grill or griddle.
When the bread is toasted remove it from the grill and spread all the internal parts with tartar sauce or mayonnaise. On the base place a cutlet and two thin slices of emmenthal then put only the base back on the griddle.
Wash the lettuce leaves and the tomato which you will cut into thin slices and finish the stuffing of the sandwich with the cutlet with two lettuce leaves and a few slices of tomato.
