Procedure
In a bowl, open the eggs, add the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well the ingredients with a whisk.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Also cut the mozzarella into cubes and do the same with the Wudy AIA. Add all the ingredients to the bowl with the eggs and mix well.
Then pour the mixture just obtained into a baking tray lined with baking paper and heat in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
