1 anchovy
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of desalted capers
200 ml of seed oil

To prepare the light tuna turkey recipe, start by preparing the sauce. Boil water in a small pot then cook the egg for 8 minutes to make it hard. After 8 minutes, remove from heat and cool the egg under running water.

Put the drained tuna, capers well washed from salt and the anchovy in a blender. Blend and then add the yolk of the hard-boiled egg.

Add the oil in a thin stream as if making mayonnaise. The sauce should thicken. Also add the juice of a lemon. Put the sauce to rest in the refrigerator and dedicate yourself to preparing the turkey.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and brown a clove of garlic in its skin. When the garlic has colored, remove it and arrange the slices of meat. They will be cooked in a few minutes, but before reaching the end season them with sage leaves and adjust with salt and pepper.
