Procedure
In a bowl start to work the sifted flour with the yeast and room temperature water. Mix well to obtain a dough, then add the sugar and work again. Continue working adding room temperature milk and salt.
The dough will become easier to work, then add the butter at room temperature a little at a time. When the dough easily detaches from your hands then it will be ready to be transformed into buns.
Work it on a slightly buttered baking sheet, give it a spherical shape then cover it with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for about 3 hours, keeping it in the turned off oven with the light on. The dough will have to double its volume before being divided into 4 parts.
Each piece of dough is worked to obtain cylinders 15 centimeters long and at least 5 in diameter. Arrange the pieces of dough on the lined baking sheet and brush them with a little milk, then let them rest again for an hour. They will cook in 25 minutes at 180°C, but they will need to be turned from time to time, so they color evenly.
When you have taken the bread out of the oven, while waiting for it to cool, start to prepare the würstel. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the Wudy Bavaria AIA, for 4/5 minutes, grilling them and turning them often.
