Description

Call them fried sausages or corn dogs, the result is the same and it's outrageously tasty!

The American-style fried sausages are among the most suitable main dishes to give flavor and crunchiness to a fun party. Very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the American-style fried sausages can be accompanied by barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Cooking sausages is simple if you know all the tricks to do it best, but preparing fried sausages is really child's play. Among the numerous recipes with sausages, this is certainly the crunchiest and most appetizing, but there is a rule: American-style fried sausages must be eaten very hot.

If you thought you could only prepare sausages in the form of a hot dog or combine them with salad, you were wrong: here is the recipe for American-style fried sausages!

Procedure

1

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the sausages and potato starch, and mix them well until you get a homogeneous and compact batter. At this point, skewer the sausages with skewer sticks or ice cream sticks and first pass them in the potato starch and then in the batter.

2

In a high-sided pan, heat plenty of seed oil and when it is boiling, fry your sausages a few at a time. When the sausages have formed a nice crunchy and amber crust, they will be ready.

3

Drain them with a kitchen spider and arrange them on frying paper before serving them.
