The sausages with cabbage salad are a tasty and quick dish, ready in 10 minutes, with which you will make everyone happy: from your partner to your children and even your mother-in-law. This recipe is ideal for hot days, when you don't feel like spending time in front of the stove.
Procedure
To prepare the sausages with cabbage salad start by washing the cabbage and then thinly slice it using a mandolin or a slicer. Season the salad with oil, cumin, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
The Wudy sausages should be cooked in a hot pan for 4-5 minutes after making 3 or 4 diagonal cuts. Serve the sausages with the cabbage salad with a spoonful of mayonnaise or mustard on the side or on top.
