1 package of Durango
3 potatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Chili powder
Vinegar
Oil
Salt and pepper

Description

Preparation:
Cut the peppers into very small cubes, chop the parsley and garlic, then mix everything with the vinegar, oil and chili pepper. Let it flavor for ½ hour. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and blanch them in salted water. Cook the Durango as per the package and serve them with the potatoes seasoned with the chimichurri sauce.
