Procedure
Create an emulsion by mixing the honey and soy sauce well. Add the AIA Oro Natura chicken wings to the emulsion and massage them well. Cover the chicken with cling film and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Wash and trim the zucchinis and cut them into not too thin slices. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and internal filaments and cut it into not too small cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In a large baking dish, place the chicken wings drained from their marinade. Add a drizzle of oil and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
After this time, turn the wings and add the vegetables adjusting with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes and before serving decorate with some basil leaves.
