320 g of dry biscuits
220 g of dark chocolate
170 g of butter
110 g of sugar

Description

The recipe for chocolate salami is not only easy and quick to prepare, but also perfect to be served at the end of a Sunday lunch or for children's snack (they will be thrilled). The chocolate salami always pleases everyone and the goodness of its ingredients is what makes it so irresistible. Serve it on the occasion of an autumn dinner with friends or to accompany a cup of tea on the coldest days.

Procedure

First of all, melt the butter by keeping it at room temperature. In the meantime, crumble the dry biscuits in a bowl and melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally. Then let it cool down.

To the container with the butter add the sugar, the eggs, the melted dark chocolate and mix the mixture well. Then pour it into the bowl in which you have crumbled the dry biscuits, mixing everything well.

Place the just obtained dough on a sheet of baking paper that you will roll up to give the mixture the classic salami shape. Then wrap it in aluminum foil and put your chocolate salami in the fridge where you will leave it to harden for at least 3 hours.
