200 g of 70% dark chocolate
270 g of butter
220 g of brown sugar
180 g of flour
Vanilla extract
50 g of bitter cocoa
¼ of a packet of baking powder
Salt to taste

Cut the butter into large chunks and put it in a large saucepan, then do the same with the dark chocolate. Melt the two ingredients over low heat until you get a smooth and thick cream, stir it with a spatula or a wooden spoon and let it cool.

In a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, a bit of salt and vanilla extract (in the vial you find at the supermarket, or a teaspoon of the classic sachets); also sift the bitter cocoa and start mixing.

Add to these ingredients also the sifted flour together with the baking powder and mix with a hand or electric whisk, to reduce the time.

Finally, add the butter and chocolate mixture and mix all the ingredients together.

On a square mold, place a sheet of baking paper and pour the cream over it, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
