Description

Wash the zucchini and carrots, remove the ends and cut them into strips, taking care to peel the carrots. In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil and add the onion that you will brown. Now add the vegetables and cook them for a few minutes.

Cut the AIA chicken breast into chunks that you will add to the vegetables in the pan and cook until fully cooked with the addition of salt.
