1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
1 glass of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of pitted Taggiasca olives
Salt

Description

As good as baked chicken and as inviting as fried chicken, chicken with olives is a simple recipe but with a great character. The taste of chicken with olives is unbeatable and it is a perfect recipe for Sunday lunch, but also for the lunch break box!

Procedure

In a large pan, fry a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary in extra virgin olive oil, then add the chicken and cover with a lid and brown on high heat. After a few minutes, turn the chicken, cover again and after 3 minutes, deglaze with the white wine.

Adjust the salt and pepper, remove the rosemary and lower the heat. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes turning occasionally to achieve even cooking. At this point add the Taggiasca olives, mix and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
