Today we propose the recipe for Chicken Kebab with potato chips: in this preparation a classic of ethnic cuisine is revisited in a totally Italian version. If you want to prepare the chicken kebab in a pan: add 1 or 2 tablespoons of EVO oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. When the oil is hot add the AIA Chicken Kebab and, always over high heat, sauté it for about 3 minutes. If instead you want to prepare it in the microwave: pour the AIA Kebab into a microwave dish or plate. Then heat at maximum power for about 2 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, pumpkin and beetroot and wash them well under cold water. Cut the vegetables into thin slices with the help of a mandolin. Dry them with kitchen paper and place them on a baking tray spacing them apart. Cover the chips with a drizzle of oil and bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.
